C 80 Grade in Hardened Steel 

When we are dealing with the hardened Steel, they are steel stripes which are heat treated and tempered at very high temperature, to improve the desired properties of C80 grade hardened Steel. These are types of high carbon steel strip with martensite grain structure, high tensile strength, and is produced by passing stripes through long continuous heating furnaces and oil quenching.

The result and product are very good in hardness, flatness in shape, as compared to the parts made from annealed stripes, then it is hardened in batches. These types are usually available in C80 grades as per the standard sizes and are available in stock of our vast workshop and stock at steel Corporation India.

C80 hardened steel is excellent in certain well appreciated properties like-

Slitted edges, round or dressed at edges.
Bright polished on the surface like grey (unpolished), polished one with golden or blued.
